When the body is under stress, it does not focus on digesting and absorbing the nutrition. Functions like digestion and your metabolism are down regulated during adrenal fatigue. This might make you feel bloated after eating and you might also experience weight gain, indigestion or constipation and diarrhea. So don’t get full nutrition from your meals either. To improve your digestion, you can start eating lemon water and ingesting enough minerals and taking a probiotic every day.
